24 Sèvres, the tightly curated LVMH e-tailer, has launched a new series of collaborations with actresses. And its debut thespian is Leïla Bekhti.

The Franco-Algerian actress kicked off the partnership this month on the 24-hour online shopping site, which is based in Paris and linked to Le Bon Marché, the famed Left Bank department store, also owned by LVMH.

“The site is made in Paris, with a real point of view, and they’re so passionate about what they do. Plus, the site carries all the brands I love,” enthused Bekhti, one of 82 women who jointly ascended the mythical red-carpet stairway in Cannes this month.

While there, the actress also attended the screening of her latest film, Le Grand Bain, directed by Gilles Lellouche.

“We received an incredibly warm welcome. The audience gave the film a standing ovation, and I was particularly happy for Gilles Lellouche, our director,” Bekhti told FashionNetwork.com.

Bekhti will provide one look each week for one month

Back in Paris, the site already features a weekly idea from Bekhti. The site's Look du Jour section. It had featured a charming series of young women seen throughout Paris, partly shot by Daragh Soden, the Irish photographer who won the Hyères Grand Prix du Jury photography prize in 2017.

The actress’ personal favourite designers? “Céline! I cannot wait to see what Hedi Slimane will do. I love Off-White, and the work of Virgil Abloh. I’m a fan of Jacquemus and his audacity, too. And Etudes, Balenciaga, APC, Isabel Marant and Gucci,” she explained.

Bekhti will provide one look each week for one month. Photographed by Andoni + Arantxa, she is captured in an insouciant mood on the cobblestone streets of the French capital.

Her picks so far? Skyline logo sweatshirts by Off-White; contrast pocket Western shirts from AMI; and an uber-ruched summer blazer by Jacquemus. Plus, though it’s an LVMH site; competing brands from the luxury group’s great French rival Kering are included. At a price: Bekhti’s pick of a pink logo baseball cap from Balenciaga (a Kering house) will set a buyer back €308.
