UGG for Men has launched its "Do Nothing" campaign featuring Tom Brady, Julian Edelman and Jeff Bridges.

UGG brought Brady on as brand ambassador in 2011. Since that time, the UGG for Men business has grown over 150%. The Do Nothing Campaign was prompted by a photo Brady posted online last year when he and his New England Patriots had a rare Sunday off so he was home in slippers instead of playing football.

“The idea of ‘Do Nothing’ started last fall when I had a rare Sunday to watch football since we opened the season on a Thursday night. I relaxed on the couch wearing my favorite UGG slippers. I posted a photo on Facebook and it was history from there,” said Tom Brady.

Brady explained, “As an athlete I know firsthand the importance of sometimes taking time out to do nothing - it helps me recharge and perform when I’m on the field.”

Joining Brady in the Do Nothing campaign is his Patriots teammate Edelman, as well as iconic actor and musician Jeff Bridges.

The actual men's campaign will feature a 5-part digital series that shows witty banter between the men while they sit around in their UGGs doing nothing.

“Tom’s leadership on and off the field continues to depict what the UGG for Men brand stands for – authenticity, confidence and style,” says Rob Koenen, Vice President of UGG for Men and Kid’s.

Koenen said, “With the help of Jeff and Julian, this new campaign celebrates a state of mind that every man can relate to while also showcasing the lighter side of the brand that hasn’t been seen until now.”

UGG for Men will be offering over 150 styles this fall from slippers to weather boots. The styles featured in the campaign range in price from $80 slippers to $120 lace ups.

The first of the digital series will launch online on September 11.
