Accenture and Fast Retailing team up for digital consumer services

Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. and Accenture have expanded on their long-standing partnership by forming a joint initiative to accelerate the digital innovation of consumer services. The companies have agreed to explore ways to offer customers a personalized online experience.

The new venture will help Fast Retailing develop a new business model that will embed a range of services in product development, merchandising, production, etc. to enable customers to select, try, purchase and receive products and services anytime and anywhere.

Accenture will help Fast Retailing build a cloud-based technology platform that will customize a user’s experience according to actionable customer insights, and recruit and train talent to build a customer experience team.
