Incandela, who has also been appointed to the Board of Directors, possesses close to 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar businesses and building a $1 billion business from the ground up.

She joins Aerosoles from Ralph Lauren, where she served as President, Global Digital and CIEM and led the company’s $700 million global consumer direct business, and she also spent over 14 years at Saks Fifth Avenue in a number of executive roles, including EVP, Chief Marketing Officer and EVP & President Saks Direct.

Neville parted ways with Avery Dennison to take over Aerosoles from interim CEO, Caryn Lerner. His experience in the footwear industry spans several years and includes holding senior roles at brands Stride Rite and Reebok.

He will remain engaged with Aerosoles in his new role of Executive Chairman and also as a director, an investor, and as a partner to the CEO and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, the majority owner of Aerosoles.
