BNP Paribas Real Estate: Fiona Hamilton takes charge of retail

France's real estate services provider BNP Paribas Real Estate announced on Monday the appointment of Fiona Hamilton as head of its international retail division.  She will report to Etienne Prongué, head of the International Investment Group at BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Fiona Hamilton is the founder of the Hamilton Glen company, acquired in 2008 by King Sturge. Hamilton was then a partner and office director for King Sturge until 2011, when the firm merged with JLL. In the last few years she headed the Transport Airport and Global Infrastructure group (TAGI) on behalf of JLL.

"Fiona Hamilton and her team will be responsible for developing real estate strategies for international retailers in Europe, providing them with a unique platform and contact point designed to expand their retail operations," BNP Paribas Real Estate stated. "Fiona will also continue to consult for planning and retail strategy for the main transport platforms."

BNP Paribas Real Estate serves clients in 37 countries through 180 local offices. The company is a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group and numbers some 3,800 employees.
