Peek Kids' remaining nine stores are set to close in the coming weeks, following Charlotte Russe’s Chapter 11 filing in February of this year. However, according to a press statement, Mamiye plans to relaunch the brand’s e-commerce and wholesale channels in July of 2019.

"Mamiye has long admired the Peek brand, its unique design aesthetic and exceptional relationship with its consumers,” said Chuck Marmiye, CEO of Mamiye, in a release. “Just like all kids, Peek Kids is growing and changing, and we look forward to continuing its legacy and staying true to its loyal followers.”

Founded in 2006, Peek Kids has been owned and operated by Charlotte Russe Holdings since 2016. While the brand regroups under Mamiye, its range of children's apparel can still be purchased online at Nordstrom.com and Zappos.com.

Mamiye Brothers is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of global lifestyle brands for women's and children's apparel. It distributes its brands through a range of retailers, through both online channels and some 13,000 stores worldwide.
