Coach Inc. will have a very busy week following Memorial Day Weekend. The New York City-based company announced this week that it will move its headquarters on Tuesday 31 May to 10 Hudson Yards.

Coach announced in 2013 that it has committed to moving to 10 Hudson Yards. The 52-story commercial office tower stands at 1.8 million square feet. The Kohn Pendersen Fox designed building is the first Hudson Yards development to open, and it stands in the southern corner of the Eastern Yard right next to The Shops where Neiman Marcus will open its first New York City flagship location in 2018. The tower also has direct access to the High Line and the 7 Train subway line.

Hudson Yards is the largest private real estate development in US history and the largest development in New York City since Rockefeller Center. The site will be completed in 2024 and will house 17 million square feet of commercial and residential space, as well as office towers, 100 shops, 4,000 residences, 14 acres of public open space, a 750-seat public school and a 200-room Equinox branded hotel.

L’Oréal, Sap, The Boston Consulting Group, VaynerMedia, Intersection and Sidewalk Labs will join Coach at 10 Hudson Yards. Coach will occupy floors 9 through 24 and L’Oréal will occupy floors 27 through 36. Other companies moving to Hudson Yards include Time Warner, Wells Fargo, HBO, CNN, and Warner Bros.
