It’s a 20-piece collection made in collaboration with “the creative minds at some of i-D’s all time favourite brands” such as Stüssy, Awake NY, Comme des Garçons, IDEA, Aries and more.

The limited-edition capsule collection is on sale at in-store pop-ups during November at DSM stores in New York, LA and Tokyo. But with the original DSM London store affected by the English lockdown, a launch there will follow once current lockdown restrictions have lifted.

The pieces are also available online via Dover Street Market’s and i-D’s webstores.

Other names that worked on the anniversary pieces include Cactus Plant Flea Market, Futura 2000, Ghetto Gastro, Juergen Teller, Kar L’Art de L’Automobile, and Liz Johnson Artur.

Between them, the’ve created a series of T-shirts, hoodies, hats, a spice blend, a wallet, and a zine.

The magazine also said the collection “features some throwbacks to defining moments from i-D’s history, including a Stüssy tee immortalising Goldie’s iconic i-D cover from 1996 and a limited edition Comme des Garçons zine featuring seminal Comme des Garçons spreads from i-D’s 40-year archive”.
