Lindsey Roach appointed Volcom’s Global Head of Women’s Business

Volcom announced yesterday that effective April 1, Lindsey Roach will serve as the company’s Global Head of Women’s Business. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing the direction and performance of Volcom’s Women’s Business. Roach will report to Volcom CEO Todd Hymel.

Lindey Roach leaves the Box Creative Agency, a marketing firm which she co-founded. During her 12 years at Hurley, she worked in several key positions at Hurley and Nike, including  Vice President of Women’s Marketing at Hurley.
 
“I am excited to create this role within Volcom because our womens business represents an untapped opportunity worldwide,” said Todd Hymel, Volcom CEO.  “Having Lyndsey take on this leadership role at the executive level will ensure that we have a global vision on our women’s business all day, every day.” 

Volcom was founded in 1991 and is part of the Kering Group. The company designs and manufactures apparel, outerwear, footwear and accessories geared toward the surfing, skating and snowboarding lifestyle.
