Taking cues from the designer’s own homes in New York City and Florida, the new Michael Kors Collection boutique uses a simple palette of grey, white and brass to convey the brand’s signature luxury, while warm textures and soft materials like linen and shearling provide a residential feel.

Ready-to-wear and footwear are on display on the first floor, while the second floor is home to the Michael Kors Mens Collection line. A VIP Salon has taken over the third floor, offering a discreet space for wealthy customers and celebrities.

“We are very excited to be debuting our new Michael Kors Collection store concept on one of the most luxurious, storied streets in the world,” said the designer.

He has over 20 stores and spaces across the UK, including outlet shops in Bicester Village and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet. There is also Michael Kors European flagship store on nearby Regent Street, opened in 2016, with a completely different interior design.

There, a slick, contemporary design serves as the backdrop for the label’s womenswear, menswear, accessories and shoe collections with grey marble display counters, stainless steel fixtures and smoky grey mirrors.
