Calhoun joins Nike from Levi Strauss & Company, where he had worked since 2008 as Executive Vice President & President of the Dockers brand. Before joining Levis Strauss, Calhoun was with The Walt Disney company for more than nine years in a variety of senior roles. But prior to this, Calhoun had already worked previously with Nike, where he served in a leadership role driving growth for Nike’s basketball business.

“Jim’s strong experience in consumer products and global brand management and his talent as a merchant will be a great asset to Hurley as we continue to connect with consumers and grow the brand globally,” said Roger Wyett, President of the NIKE, Inc. Affiliates.

Headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, Hurley International LLC designs and distributes a line of action sports apparel for surfing, skateboarding and youth lifestyle apparel and footwear under the Hurley brand name.
