Outlet: Value Village tops European ranking
The Ecostra/Magdus Factory Outlet Centre Performance Report is based on the results of the brands present in at least three European outlet centres, focusing on the performances of diverse locations. Some 85 names are thus taken into account in this ranking.
For 59% of the brands questioned, outlet stores are more profitable than their classic single-brand stores. Only 7% judge their urban concept stores more profitable. Moreover, a third of the brands esteem that their outlet sales outweigh their online sales, notably due to returns.
