The Swiss watch manufacturer Jaeger-LeCoultre, owned by the Richemont group, is raising its bet on the Spanish market by opening its first mono-brand boutique in Madrid located at number 11 of José Ortega y Gasset street.

The first Jaeger-LeCoultre store in the Spanish capital incorporates the firm’s latest retail concept, presented at its flagship store in Shanghai last December. With it, and through the use of organic materials and neutral colors, it seeks to evoke the serene nature of its manufacturing region, Vallée de Joux.

The boutique welcomes visitors by showcasing the brand's current collections, as well as pieces of Jaeger-LeCoultre's collection entitled ‘The Stellar Odyssey’ that aims to link watchmaking with cosmic phenomena. The store also displays a wide range of customizable watch straps and offers customers a glimpse into the history of the brand and its manufacturing processes.

With over 180 years of history, the Swiss watchmaking firm is part of the Richemont group’s brand portfolio, which includes other brands such as Cartier, Piaget, Montblanc or Chloé.

In Spain, Jaeger-LeCoultre is available through its corners in El Corte Inglés and in select multi-brand stores.
