Rings in the capsule are one-off pieces and feature a variety of unique recycled stones, ranging from diamonds to colored gemstones, including a pale blue sapphire, and pearls.

The collaboration reflects the two company’s shared philosophy promoting reuse and repurposing.

“Just as The RealReal celebrates giving luxury items a second life, Ceremony is drawn to finding the beauty in recycled stones creating new pieces with them,” explained TheRealReal in a press release.

Ceremony uses ethically sourced materials and produces its rings – all of which are designed by Jess Hannah of J. Hannah Fine Jewelry and made with 18K solid gold – locally, aiming to create contemporary pieces that will go on to become treasured heirlooms.

The release of a collection featuring one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces would seem to be a savvy move for The RealReal, as trend data recently published by the company showed that the popularity of vintage and unbranded jewelry is seeing rapid growth on the platform, as consumers are increasingly on the lookout for individual pieces.

To complement the release of the capsule, The RealReal will also be making some pieces from Ceremony’s wider offering available to purchase on its website.

The RealReal x Ceremony capsule collection will be exclusively available on The RealReal’s e-commerce platform and in its LA brick-and-mortar location from February 6.

Pieces in the collection range in price from $1,100 to $7,700.
