Apr 24, 2015
The CEO of UK women's occasionwear retailer Jacques Vert, Teresa Tideman, is leaving the company, Drapers has reported.
Former Debenhams executive and Jacques Vert interim transformation director Tim Davies will take over the role, though Tideman will stay on "for the next few months to ensure a smooth transition."
Tideman, who has led a turnaround at the business over the past two years, told Drapers that now was a good time for her to leave. She cited her turnaround of the business and the three-year business strategy she agreed in December.
The company has also appointed a new CFO, former SuperGroup CFO Shaun Wills. He replaces Jo Bennett.
Jacques Vert recorded a loss of £12.4m on revenues of £183.7m for the 52 weeks ending January 25.
