Covering 15,000 square foot, the Macau full assortment store  — which sells Victoria’s Secret accessories and cosmetics, as well as lingerie and sportswear — will bow at St Mark’s Square at The Venetian.

As part of the Macau launch, the store will showcase five pairs of angel wings – all of which have featured on the runway of past Victoria’s Secret shows. The curate will be on display at The Venetian from April 26 to May 31.

L Brands-owned Victoria’s Secret has been rapidly expanding in Asia in 2017. The American firm made its China flagship foray in February, opening a four-story, 25,850-square-foot flagship in Shanghai, and then followed up the China debut with a 12,294-square-foot store opening in Chengdu one week later.

A Beijing store is coming later this year, while the brand is reportedly taking up a prime location in Causeway Bay, the former residence of Forever21. It is slated to open in Hong Kong next year.

The news comes as retail sales in Hong Kong increased for the first time in two years in March, signalling a recovery in mainland China tourist numbers.
