Zadig & Voltaire hires Laura Giulini, ex-Armani, as managing director

Zadig & Voltaire is looking to open a subsidary in the United States. The French brand has just created a managing director position for Laura Giulini, former Senior Vice President of wholesale for Giorgio Armani in the United States. She has also worked for Benetton, Calvin Klein and Versace.

Zadig & Voltaire will soon be opening its sixth store

She will be reporting to Richqrd Fettaya, CEO of the company. Zadig & Voltaire has four outlets in New York and one in Los Angeles. A new store opening is scheduled for New York, where the brand will also open its showroom.

Last Spring, American investment fund TA Associates bought a 30% stake in the brand, which was founded in 1997 by Thierry Gillier. The company is said to achieve sales revenue of 200 million euros thanks to stores in more than 30 countries.
