Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet to launch e-commerce sites
Ann Taylor is expanding its e-commerce network with the announcement of the launch of two new sites for its Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet businesses.
"We are always looking for ways to meet our client where she is and where she wants to shop," said Gary Muto, president and CEO at Ascena brands, Ann Taylor's parent company, in a release. "The new factory and outlet websites will enable us to enhance the shopping experience for our existing clients and introduce our brands to new clients."
The new sites will offer the same product that is available in Factory and Loft Outlet stores. They will also feature exclusive merchandise channelling the brands' aesthetic of versatile pieces, prints and patterns at discounted prices.
"We are excited to offer even more ways for our clients to shop our exclusive styles at a compelling price," said Christine Munnelly, SVP, GMM Ann Taylor Factory and Loft Outlet.
Ann Taylor Factory first opened in 1993. It operates 120 stores in the US and Puerto Rico. Loft Outlet opened ten years ago and has 160 stores in the same geographic region.
The Loft Outlet e-commerce site is now live, while Ann Taylor Factory's is scheduled to launch on June 26th.
